INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping options for outside of Australia. Standard shipping will receive a charge of $25 (AUD) with transit time 6-27 days, this is applied during the checkout process. Express shipping will receive a charge of $35 with transit time 6-14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Russia and Military Bases.

- Orders will be shipped within 2 business days
- DHL Express Shipping requires a signature on delivery unless authority to leave is granted.
- If authority to leave is granted, the package may be left unattended. Please ensure that there is a safe location for the parcel to be left.
- In the event where a parcel is not claimed/rejected/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be returned to Stina prague. Consequently, there will be a $30 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
- Please note, Stina Prague is not responsible for any delays caused by DHL Express, especially during high volume seasons. We have provided the best delivery estimations available.
- If an Australia Post package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a store credit however this credit will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be credited the order subtotal, before shipping.
- Stina Prague is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home on delivery.
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
Please note Stina Prague does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Stina Prague will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Stina Prague accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.
Stina Prague is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
